By placing an order with us you comply and understand the following terms and conditions of the site.
You acknowledge and understand that Leather is a natural product so there may be at time some natural marks (stretch, scar, bite etc) visible in the final product produced. Although we take extreme care when making these products that such elements are cut of the finished product.
All the physcial products available on this site are hand made, from cutting the leather to punching stiching wholes. These products are glued and stictched using the finest products available and each stich is made by hand.
Leather is carefully cut and selected to ensure you recieve the finest quality product in your hands. We make this products in small quantities to ensure that we produce and deliver quality products. We used finest quality leathers from Italy, Australia, France, Japan and USA.
Unlike machine stitching hand, each stitch is made by hand (saddle stitching) which withstands any fraying even if one of the stitch tears, it does not cause other stitches to come loose. This is the advantage of using saddle stitching technique.
All products come with a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects which includes stitching and gluing.
Leather being a natural product will change colour over time as you use the product, especially lighter colour leathers will develop a nice “patina” with daily usage. This is all normal and is not covered under warranty.
Misuse or deliberate damage caused to the product by inappropriate use is not covered by warranty. We also reserve the right to request proof of defect for any warranty claims and reserve the right to refuse.
Shipping of products is done using Australia Post and is a standard flat fee of $10. If you are in a hurry and like to get expedited shipment, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to organise Express Post to you at an additional charge (charges vary depending upon your location).
Outside of Australia
All overseas delivery is charged at a flat fee of AUD 30. For overseas shippment we’d use Australia Post which provide reliable and fast delivery service. The shipment is handed to your local postal service once it reaches your shores and is then delivered by them.
All local Australian and Overseas shipment is done with Tracking Number and you can track your parcel easily via Australia Post site. All though extreme care is taken to ensure the product reaches you, we are not responsible for any lost shipment, damage or theft during transit.
Unfortunately we do not issue refunds due to change of mind or lost shipment.
If the product is defective, we’d be happy to ship you a replacement product at no additional charge, provided sufficient evidence of defective product is provided. Replacement product may be of similar value but may vary in colour and/or style if identical item is not in stock.
